Refund & Return Policy

At JerkFoods.com, we stand behind the bold flavor and quality of every product we ship. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products—many of which are perishable or food-based—we do not accept general returns. However, we will gladly work with you if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your product was defective or compromised in transit
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jerkfoods.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement product—based on your preference and product availability.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Products returned without prior approval
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Opened or used food items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a replacement is approved, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the corrected item.
